• Sweet Potato Crunch

    This is one of my favorite Thanksgiving recipes. I look forward to making, serving and eating this every year!

    Sweet Potato Crunch

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    • 1 cup sugar
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ cup melted butter
    • ½ cup milk
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • Combine all above ingredients and place in a baking dish; add topping below:
    • Topping:
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup chopped pecans
    • ½ cup flour
    • 1/3 cup melted butter

    Instructions

    Combine and put on top of potato mixture and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
