    Ingredients

    • 1 pound ground chuck
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 large (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes (chopped) (or 2.5 cups fresh chopped tomatoes)
    • 3 cup diced potatoes
    • 1.5 cups of green beans chopped
    • 2 teaspoon chili powder
    • 2-3 dashes cayenne pepper (optional)
    • 3 cups of beef stock or 2 beef stock cubes
    • ½ cup red pepper diced
    • 1 cup chopped celery
    • 1 cup sliced carrots
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    Instructions

    Brown meat with onion and celery; drain off fat.

    Add all ingredients to your slow cooker and add 2 cups of water (NOTE if using stock cubes, add 5-6 cups of water).

    Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
