• Slow Cooker Glazed Root Vegetables

    This Wildtree glazed root veggie recipe is a great side dish for any meal. Can’t find parsnips? Substitute kohlrabi, turnips or rutabagas in place of parsnips.

    • 1 pound carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
    • 1 pound parsnips, peeled and roughly chopped
    • 1/2 cup orange juice
    • 1 package Wildtree Orange Spice Glaze


    Mix all ingredients together in a slow cooker and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours. Uncover and finish cooking for 30 minutes to help the glaze thicken.
