Ingredients

1 Tablespoon EVOO

1 Chopped Onion

1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic

1 Zucchini

1 Yellow Squash

1 Cup Chopped Portobello Mushroom

Salt and pepper to taste or your favorite seasoning blend

Directions

  1. Spiral cut the zucchini and squash.
  2. Saute onion and garlic in EVOO until tender.
  3. Toss in the mushroom and allow to saute for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the noodles, stir mixture together and saute another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with a grilled chicken breast or pork chop.

cauliflower rice dressing

Break tradition and try this Cauliflower Rice Dressing at your next dinner! It will become the new family favorite.

Ingredients

1 chopped onion

2 Tablespoons EVOO

1 Teaspoon minced garlic

1 lb grass fed beef

12 oz Cauliflower rice

½ c chopped parsley

Salt and pepper to taste or your favorite seasoning blend

Directions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in EVOO until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly.
  3. Add cauliflower rice and parsley.
  4. Cover and simmer on low fire for 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 12 each grape tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 12 equal size pieces
  • 1 orange bell pepper, cut into 12 equal size pieces
  • ½ yellow squash, sliced lengthwise and then into 12 “half moon” pieces
  • 1 orange bell pepper, cut into 12 equal size pieces
  • ½ zucchini, sliced lengthwise and then into 12 “half moon” pieces
  • 1 red onion, peeled and cut into 12 sections
  • 2 tablespoons Wildtree Basil Pesto Grapeseed Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Wildtree Garlic & Herb Blend
  • ½ teaspoon Wildtree Rancher Steak Rub

Instructions

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.

Skewer vegetables onto 12 skewers in the order they are listed.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high.

Add the skewers to the grill and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until vegetables are charred and tender.

Ingredients

  • 2 ears corn
  • ¼ cup low fat milk
  • ¼ cup olive oil mayo
  • 2 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Wildtree Smoked Mozzarella & Tomato Blend
  • ½ teaspoon Wildtree Dill Dip Blend
  • 1 head romaine, chopped
  • 1 pint tomatoes, halved
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

Steam or grill corn; remove corn from cob.

Whisk together milk, mayo, sour cream, Smoked Mozzarella & Tomato Blend, and Dill Dip Blend. Add lettuce to bowl with the dressing and toss to coat.

Divide lettuce between plates. Top with corn, tomato, and bacon.

  • 5 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons Wildtree Watermelon Lime Frozen Drink Mix
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Blend the watermelon in a blender.

Add Watermelon Lime Frozen Drink Mix, white wine vinegar, and Natural Grapeseed Oil; cover and puree.

Add jalapeno and blend until smooth.

Pour into a medium bowl and chill.

Serve topped with avocado and cilantro.
