A lot of us struggle trying to find healthy and filling lunches. This roasted chicken and mango salad is quick and easy to put together and makes a tasty lunch or dinner that will leave you satisfied.
Divide lettuce between 4 plates. Top each with chicken and mango. Whisk together Greek yogurt and Sweet & Savory Pineapple Sauce; dress each salad with the mixture. Garnish with poppy seeds if desired.
