Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add the peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add the cubed chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until chicken is browned and partially cooked through (the chicken will finish while the rice is cooking).
Add black beans, Queso Skillet Meal, brown rice, water, and milk to the pan and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce to a simmer.
Cook for 10-12 minutes until rice is soft and chicken is cooked through: 165°F.
