• One Pot Creamy Chicken Pasta

I love one pot and one skillet meals. You can cook most of them in under 30 minutes and you have very little kitchen clean-up. Evenings are better spent enjoying family time not cleaning the kitchen. Here is a great one pot meal courtesy of Wildtree that contains everything you need to make a balanced and tasty meal. Let me know how it turns out. If you have any questions about the spices or ingredients just reach out to me.

    • 1 tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
    • ½ pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
    • ½ yellow onion, diced
    • 2 carrots, sliced
    • 1 ½ cups broccoli florets
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 cup whole milk
    • 1 package Wildtree Pot Pie Skillet Meal
    • 8 ounces whole wheat linguine

Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and onion and sauté until chicken is cooked through: 165°F.

Add the carrots, broccoli, water, milk, and Pot Pie Skillet Meal and stir to combine.

Add the pasta and bring mixture to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat to medium low.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender; stir often to prevent pasta from sticking. (For extra creamy pasta, stir in ½ cup heavy cream or half and half after dish is cooked.)
