• No Bake Energy Bites

    Looking for a healthy energy boost? Here is a recipe that I love to share, it’s called No-Bake Energy Bites. Feel free to experiment with some of the ingredients. I’d love to hear more suggestions on different variations for this great recipe:

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Rolled Oats (dry oatmeal)
    • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
    • 1/3 cup Honey
    • 1 tbs Vanilla
    • 1 pack Plexus 96 (chocolate or vanilla)

    Instructions

    Mix all ingredients and roll into small balls. Refrigerate until firm and ready for serving.

    Variations:

    Try adding in some of the following:

    1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

    1/2 cup Cacao Chips

    1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

    1/2 cup Cranberries

    1/2 cup Almonds
