If one part of your life is not satisfied, it throws everything else out of balance. Once you come to terms with this, you can begin your journey to good health.
Trust that everything is happening exactly as it’s meant to. Life will bring you the right people at the right time. The perfect experiences are unfolding in divine timing.
In 2010, I was 22 years into working 8 to 5 in an office. I was not unhappy with my life, what I didn’t realize, until I had an opportunity to become an entrepreneur, is that I was not satisfied with my life. In 2010, I took a leap of faith and started my home-based business in the health and wellness industry. I could only do this and be successful because I had to trust the experiences that were unfolding in front of me. Through my business my Sacred Discipline became more clear.
Here is how you can turn up the trust:
Give your box a name that stands for something important to you. It can be a:
Write down what you want or what concerns you. Remember this is not a goal, you will put your concerns and wants into your sacred box. What you are doing is turning over what you want and releasing it to the universe. You are letting go because you have let the world know that you trust, you are willing release control and receive what you truly desire.
Draw a line down the middle of a piece of paper. On the left side write down your daily to-do list. On the right side write down what you want to accomplish.
Cut the paper in half, keep your to-do list and check tasks off as you accomplish them. Crumple up the universe list and throw it away. This is the act of turning over wants, letting go and trusting that the universe will provide as you take care of your daily to-do list.
Every day I come up with a to-do list of what I think I should be accomplishing so I can reach my bigger goals. It never fails that a task that should only take 10 minutes ends up taking an hour. That usually leads to frustration and anxiety. Then I have to remind myself that everything is okay and I have to trust the direction I am going in.

When you feel like you’re not getting what you want, it’s time to flip it! You know the saying, “You get what you give?” Just Flip It takes this to heart. If you want a compliment or a hug, give someone else a compliment or a hug first. Instead of filling your head with negative thoughts, take positive action. After giving and receiving positive action, you will be back on track!
