Heat a 12 inch skillet over high heat and add the Grapeseed Oil. Add the diced chicken breasts and toss until browned and partially cooked. Add the peas and turn down the heat to medium low. Toss the peas once or twice to coat in oil and add the Creole Skillet Meal mix, tomato sauce, and butter. Stir to dissolve the butter and add the rice and water. Stir 3 to 4 times, cover, and simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked completely.
