Carrots and ground beef is a quick meal to serve up on a hectic weeknight. Serve it up with a healthy green salad and you will be in and out of the kitchen fast with very little cleanup!
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 Chopped Onion
1 lb Grass Fed Beef
2 lb Shredded Carrots or 12 oz Frozen Slices
Salt and Pepper to taste or your favorite seasoning blend
Serve with a green salad.
